The answer to this question is quite easy and is connected with the fact that they remind people of the past. Currently everything changes and improves so quickly (which obviously is a demanded tendency) that a lot of people, above all older, are overwhelmed with this tendency and find it demanding to be in touch with recent trends. (web) The situation is also interesting concerning young people, who begin their lives in the world with substantially more efficient commodities and solutions that can make their life considerably easier. On the other side, sometimes they are unable to appreciate them, which is one of the reason why above mentioned vehicles may serve ourselves.

Comparing the automobiles at present with different vintage cars we are able to get to a conclusion that in fact our life, for different reasons, is considerably less complicated and more comfortable than to the generation of our parents. On the other side, this doesn’t indicate that older people get such automobiles to prove that younger people has much more attractive start. The reason is similar to those connected with renaissance of vinyl recordings. For some people then the most meaningful factor is not referred to the functionality, but rather with the “soul”. Although it is hard to describe it properly, we also might understand it. It comes with time, as we begin to appreciate something that has for example sentimental value no matter whether it is trendy, functional etc.

Hence, vintage cars surely have great future. Although the major preference of the end-users is to chase more attractive and more efficient commodities, majority of them come to a conclusion that in majority of cases the less attractive and efficient alternatives have greater value as they attract positive memories in them.
